Those with both that thirst and downright willingness to learn. Couple of folks have eventually joined sailing clubs and enjoy beer cans. One guy I taught a couple of summers ago really "went to town." He absorbed everything and wanted more... eventually taking classes and he got a "Yachtmasters ticket" and recently was crossing the Atlantic as crew on a huge sailboat.

Frankly it was fun to pass on my limited knowledge at these opportunities... but then these folks wanted to learn, not just take off...
