I wish they would have popped the date codes off the tops of the batteries so I would know for sure their age. I can tell you that we have put less than 1 hour on the engine since purchase, shore power was plugged in for several weeks though.

I would say after this group of answers we definitely will be on track with new batteries for the spring. One of our dock neighbors is a mechanic and has a line on battery purchase. I'll get him aside down at the club and buy him a few beers for his time. He can get batteries at wholesale pricing.
