I stumbled across a site for a Corbin that appears to be a very well maintained boat. I've always liked Corbins and the idea of having a pilot house like this seems like it would help to extend the sailing season into weather that may otherwise not be as enjoyable.

I'm not sure the large screen TV at the helm is a great idea but maybe it doubles for movies in the cockpit after sunset.

The boat appears to be lovingly maintained but the thing that really stands out is the incredibly detailed systems information on this page http://corbin39.net/corbin_39_about.htm There is a 30 page summer commissioning manual for the boat, 160 page user manual and 23 systems diagrams for plumbing, heating and electrical. The electrical information is also listed out by system with a link to the appropriate schematic.

Is the owner obsessive compulsive, anal or is this the way we should all be documenting our boats?
