As I said here before, in my mind the IP27 was to be our last boat. I was looking for a smaller but stout boat to allow us to cruise the Great Lakes. Once we actually got out and about I was disappointed in the difficulty of maintenance in some areas and also the poor sailing characteristics, especially when compared to the Islander. This Hunter on the other hand does not give me the sense of being the last boat although anything is possible I guess. At this point I'll not stop looking around though.
