The person I spoke with said that they did make the parts for Whitlock about 15 years ago, but the current product is slightly different and he can't advise me accurately. He was courteous but conveyed that Lewmar is a competitor to Jefa and he was reluctant to provide support for that reason.

However, he did advise that I remove the fiberglass head (ugh!) and then it would be clear how everything goes together. It's getting colder here (28 degrees this AM) so I need to pick a day in the 40's or 50's and follow up. (We might not have many of those left, for a while).
