looks pretty bad on that bottom of that boat... I can imagine that is quite a drag.

So folks... do more undersea critters cover the bottom in warm or cold climates?

Get that bottom cleaned every two...years or so. Hehehe. Of course....
I don't think the warmness or coldness is the issue ...
Brackish water grows more than clear, for sure!

5 months in coastal Maine water, and I start to see heavy growth.
No, or very few barnacles in Bahamas. Filter feeders- clear water has nothing for them to eat
