about 20 years ago at the Annapolis boat show i purchased smaller bushnell binoculars. about 3 years ago, they lost focus, so i took them apart and couldnt fix the problem. fast forward to a month ago, i mailed them to bushnell. i got a post card from them announcing they received them and to go to their website. i called the company and they said my binocs were on their way back and should get them by 3 pm. He went on to say they were covered under warranty. i laughed, and told him i bought them 20 plus years ago and he said he knew the vintage and they were in fact covered.

Its nice to know that companies like this still exist.
