Guy in great shape... regular long distance runner... just went in for open heart surgery. Had shortness of breath, and a "minor" heart attack. Would have been the last in my circle of friends I would expect something like this to happen.

So you never know. I hope my friend makes it through the surgery, we expect him to outlive rocks, not to mention all the rest of us.
