You said the oil was "high" and the antifreeze is low.

Did you look at the dipstick. It used to be (at least with non-synthetic oil) that you could see creamy looking oil on the dipstick.

If you don't notice it, it's probably not definitive; however, if you see water in the oil pan...drain the oil and see if you have antifreeze/water in the oil.

Even then, you might not be clear...
