Now this guy is a CPA, so he has done the numbers. It is a late model Catalina 42, and overall he is pleased with the situation.

Apparently the wear and tear are not that bad in bare boat chartering.

The boat does however get enough wear that he has had to do some repairs that I thought a bit early for a boat of his vintage.

But apparently the numbers work out for him.

He tends to use the boat during the shoulder seasons.
