The extra dry storage really helped. Plenty of space the stuff we take for a couple weeks, and never use! 
I don't know when I'll realize that on the boat is summer, I wear a pair of shorts - the same ones - most of the time. But we stuffed 2 folding bikes and several other large items in the lockers, and there was still plenty of space. Plus we lived in it and on it. My wife especially enjoyed it.
