edit: What I meant was that in those states you can find VP Racing. The Sunoco stations listed are also VP Racing and they don't sell non-ethanol at the pump.
Last time I bought VP Racing small engine fuel it was about $70 for a 5-gallon pail, or $30+ per gallon can.
