Most of my counterpoise is covered by rubber mat protecting it from the canned goods and other stuff stored in those bins. A couple aluminum cans of Coca-Cola found their way under the tool drawer onto some unprotected bronze screen. By the time that I went looking for them they were corroded away. This took only two or three weeks. I'm quite certain that the addition of RF hastened the process.
