Nice, Dan. Seems like the pvc worked well. After ddw's method w/ ss tubing, and the difficulties he's still having in sealing, I thought perhaps I could have a machine shop weld the tubes at the proper spacing and angle (all identical) perpendicular to a 1/16" ss plate, w/ holes pre drilled at the location of the tubes. This would give me an assembly w/ "fingers" sticking out from the plate. This plate could be the forward side, where it will take the water. On the back side, under the dodger, I could use teak to cover. What I like is that I wouldn't need to align and drill individual holes in the fg, but rather just one rectangular hole which would allow all to go thru, sealed with the ss cover forward, and the teak plate aft. Not sure if this description made sense, but I think it might work, and give me welded joints on the weather side!!!
Thanks for the ideas Adam
