We were behind these three boats on the ICW the other day. They had no idea the number of boats trying to pass them and didn't have their VHF on either. The giant chartplotters mounted at eye level on the steering pedestals meant they couldn't see forward either. They were often traveling 2-3 abreast so they could see each other. When they weren't abreast of each other, their view sideways was filled with single fingers in the air...
