There is a post on Cruising Anarchy asking for info about haul out and storage in Panama. I pointed them at Shelter Bay, Flamenco, Balboa Yacht Club (avoid), and mentioned that there might be something in Bocas. I recommended they post here to see if you had anything to add but I don't see a post here. If you feel like it, take a look at CA.
