What a bunch of crap! 
In Response To: I had a dodger that lasted 30 months, including two seven month storage for winter then ALL the stitching failed ()
They obviously cut corners and used thread that wasn't UV protected.
Send it in for a tune up every year????? I'd go for every 5 or 6 but every year is just plain stupid.
The only other thing not known is ,,,, Was it from a reputable company and how much did you pay for it?

- Sunbrella is not the weak link.
- My dodger, wheelcover and sailcover have lasted 15 yrs
