We've found that most harbors have wifi - good news.
However, its usually big bucks to sign on for an hour
or a day. 10 euro for an hour's usage is not uncommon.
That's almost $15. so we rarely get it. its best just to
wait until you get one of those free signals and otherwise,
enjoy cruising, go to shore for a walk, have a beer or wine.
