I see the Lopolights listed at $290 (combined bow) on the link I listed. Defender has the Aquasignal 43100 for about the same price. I like the metal housing on the Lopolight.

One thing I really like about the incandenscent Series 40 bow light is the very sharp definition of the red and green sectors. Even at 100 yards there is almost no cross-over. From the next moorage over one step to one side or the other changes the color. I did try an LED replacement bulb in the 40 and the definition was poor. I think it is due to the vertical filament in the Aquasignal bulb. What do you see with the Lopolight? Thanks.
