I have marked the pull down side of the control line (when the shoot is up) with tape to know that it is the side to pull. At night, with the deck lights on, you will be unable to see which line to pull when looking up, as you will be blinded by the lights and be unable to see the mast head. Once the tack is blown, you will need to know which control line needs pulling.
