() Left strictly to my own devices Compulsive Boat Project Disorder would rule my life. Thanks to my "Enabler" or 27+ years it sometimes gets channelled over to Compulsive House Project Disorder. Sheesh! We just built the place 25 years ago and now it's needing some upgrades.
