() Even in the side yard, which I've done quite a few times, keeping the boat operational can so easily get away from you and then suddenly one year or one season leads to another and before you know it, years have gone by while the boat still sits in the yard with projects to do. The psychology of it is powerful, life intervenes, plans fail or evolve....
I'm just sayin'....
