I have thought about that, going inside at Hatteras, I think we could do Beaufort in 3 days from say Double Breasted without much problem, then spend a few days inside to Norfolk, and that may very well be what we will do if we don't get perfect weather to keep going. Then I figure a 2 day run Norfolk to Block. I will have more time in the Fall coming back down, and suspect will be inside for a good portion then, Boat Show and so on.

We live in Idaho and our summers are special, it's tough to leave here, but I grew up in Chatham, my family is there, we haven't been back for a few years, and I think this would be a good summer to have the boat there, so I want to get the boat to Chatham, Stage Harbour, as quickly as possible, come home for a month, then go back for a few weeks and spend some time there and around the Islands, which I have done a lot but not for a while, then up to Maine to see friends, leave the boat there, come home for a few more weeks, then go back for some late summer early fall Maine sailing, and start working back down south. One of these days I'd love to spend a whole summer and fall there, but at the moment summers are too busy for me at home.
