Black, white, green, those wire ties stretched or loosened letting the shackle pin turn. Frankly, those shackles, the swivel and the chain are well beyond where I would replace them. I replace shackles that attach the pennant every year. The shackles between the top and bottom chains are replaced every third year when the top chain is replaced. I have my mooring fully inspected every three years. A full inspection involves hauling the mooring completely out of the water and checking ALL components.
