Corn husks may be natural and biodegradable, but...
In Response To: I watched a lady dump a load of corn husks into Block Island's Salt Pond ()
They are not a natural component of salt water. Thus, they shouldn't be tossed over the side. Her argument would apply equally well to feces - natural and biodegradable.
