In Response To: A number of years ago, in the middle of nowhere I ran into a couple of strobe-holes

() The old boat had been equipped with the anchor light as strobe (it was an '83- was it legal then?). I thought it odd, so I thought I would be sure that my misgivings were well founded. Obviously I was correct. Please don't shoot me; I was just asking the question!!!!!!!!!!
