I was thinking of the "Anchor Rescue".

But, they also have a "Nautilus" which, like the device Larry was referring to, is lowered attached to ther anchor.

I would be afriad with the Nautilus that with a wind or current change, it would accidentally trip the anchor. Obviously,
with the Anchor Rescue that wouldn't be a problem since it's only lowered after you have a problem.
