during Jan/Feb/March 2010, for the first time I can remember in the several years we cruised the NW Carib, dinghies were being stolen in alarming numbers. Primarily in the Drowned Cayes, which being so close to Belize City shouldn't be a surprise, but last winter was the first winter I remember hearing about more than a random incident. Plus dinghy thefts out at Turneffe and Lighthouse - and even dive boats at Lighthouse.

We're back in Florida to get some things fixed on the boat, but not sure where we'll head next, probably not back to the NW or SW Carib....
