Only two reasons to replace sanitation hose...
In Response To: repacing head discharge hoses ()

It stinks...or it's so old that it's become hard, brittle and shows signs of cracking. Otherwise, it ain't broke...no need to fix it. If your problem is just major mineral buildup, that can be cleaned out with muriatic acid...or, if you're patient, repeated doses of white vinegar.

Assuming that it does actually need to be replaced, the best on the market is Trident 101/102 (identical except for color)...which, if it has a green stripe, is the same double walled rubber hose you have now. It's been on the market for more than 15 years without a single reported odor permeation failure...something that can't be said about ANY other hose. http://www.tridentmarine.com/stage/sanitation.htm The online store at sbo.com (who owns this site) sells it cut to the lengths you need for the best price I've found http://shop.sailboatowners.com/division.htm?div=37
