I put in a Dickinson propane heater a few years ago...

It came with a double wall chimney. It draws outside air in for combustion and is completely sealed from the inside of the boat so it doesn't put any moisture into the cabin. It works very nicely and was easy to install. It is surprisingly miserly with propane too.

The cost when I put it in was just over $600 for the 12,000 btu model.
