Wondering why she seems happier & faster on starboard tack ...
Maybe a slight asymmetric foil shape of the keel = equals more "lift" one side?

Another issue is the "apparent" relative wind angle
On the best boat I ever owned, it was the same sort of thing. Never figured it out.

I think that's more what I sense in speed difference.
