He has the equations there for bollard pull. The equation is:
T = 62.72 x (shp x D/12)^0.67
where T is propeller thrust in pounds, shp is shaft horsepower and D is propeller diameter in inches
You can get shaft horsepower from the performance curve for your engine at the rpms you are turning when pulling on the anchor.
