The relationship for wind loads is pretty simple...

Resistance due to wind loads for a sailboat is discussed by Larsson and Eliasson in their book Principles of Yacht Design.

The formulae for wind resistance in newtons are

Hull and house

Rh=1/2 x p x V^2 x Ch x Bm x Ff

p = density of air in kg/m^3

V = wind velocity in meters per second

Ch = Wind resistance coefficient (~0.5 for this case)

Bm = maximum beam

Ff = freboard forward

Mast

Rm = 1/2 x p x V^2 x Cm x Tm x Lm

Cm = 1

Tm = average width of mast

Lm = length of mast above the deck

Rig

Rr = 1/2 x p x V^2 x Cr x Tr x Lr

Cr = 1.2

Tr = diameter of stays and shrouds

Lr = total length of stays and shrouds
