It's a great piece of equipment and she absolutely loves it. She reads books with it, and it has a stand that she can use to follow recipes when cooking. There's a chart plotter program called iNavX that I've seen that also looks very cool. I never thought I'd endorse an Apple product, but I do the iPad.
