I have an ancient ThinkPad which interfaces with the Standard Horizon 150C(?) GPS via the serial port. The computer might have a 4gig hard drive so I've limited the pre-loaded charts to NYC to Newfoundland. Went it turns foggy I'll fire it up. We frequently find the larger computer display easier to follow.
