The rules in Washington: no disturbing/scrubbing ablative bottom paint. Ecology can fine $10k.
Also, they are phasing out ablative bottom paint that contains copper. I think by 2020 (?) we are all supposed to be switched over to paint without copper. Seahawk makes a couple of products and e-paint. Anybody used a copper-free ablative?
