1- How did the invasive specie become attached to my hull if I have spent the last 16 years sailing back and forth from the Sea of Cortez to the north end of Vancouver Island and around Puget Sound?

2 - How does scraping the invasive specie off my hull thus allowing it to float free in San Diego bay to spread to another boat help eliminate that bad critter?

3 - Where would any pleasure boat in San Diego Bay come to be populated by an invasive specie?

4 - If the concern is control of invasive species - why not require a haul out and complete bottom cleaning in a quarantine yard prior to entry into any San Diego anchorage?
