..... a boat sitting all season in a harbor is a source of invasive species, and that enhanced cleaning by especially divers will cause a reduction in the incidents of such invasive species? That only defines that the HARBOR is the source of the invasive species.

Maybe someone should check out the DIVERS as the cause, whaddya think?
