When I post pics here I often have to make the physical picture size pretty small to get under the 100kb picture size. For example, the pic below was originally 278kb, too big to post. Using Microsoft Picture editor I go to 'compress' and it gives me 2 choices: compress for document or compress for web page. Compress for document still leaves the file too big. Compress for web page gets me well under 100kb, but shrinks the pic considerably. There must be a better way, as others don't seem to have this problem.
