It's not so much a boat as an apartment that rocks and rolls. We have so much stuff that could fly around in bad weather that we pick our days. Winds less than 15, including gusts, and waves less than three feet.

But buying an old boat like this is certainly a challenge. This afternoon, we lost half the 120 volt outlets in the boat on shore power. I'm running the generator now and they're all working fine. Figure that one out. I'll need to run the generator all night because the water pump for the reverse cycle A/C needs it and it's 43 degrees right now on the C&D canal.
