There is a place in Old Town Albuquerque called Little Anita's........Yummy Huevos Racnheros. One thing that they do a little different, is put the eggs on top of two flat enchiladas....then these are on top of hash-browns, (Crunchy Hash-Browns if you ask for that), and everything swimming in Green Chili with some re-fried beans.
