We like one potters too Westie. Here's another favorite recipe, one pot.

First, find a good beach in an islands lee. Boil an inch of seawater in a big pot over any heat available, onshore.
Add one Maine crustacean, about a pound and half/ person. Steam for about 7 minutes, add corn on the cobb in the husk, steam all for another 7 minutes, remove crustaceans, test corn, steam a few more minutes if needed. You can add Maine potatoes to the pot as well. Plates are optional. That's it. Put some sand in the big pot, swirl it until clean, you're done. Also, it's expected that someone should bring a Maine blueberry pie along. If it doesn't ooze all over the dinghy,...it's a phony.
