I rarely get to cook on a boat anymore but . . .

most of what I do at home is easily translated when I do. I aim for one-potters (two if it's pasta or w/potatoes) that take 30 minutes or less . . . including chopping my own garlic and veggies.
I'd love to spend more time at it but I seem to net out at less than $10 an hour at my work so I have to get back to my desk . . . I'm a perimeter shopper (I get lost in the aisles) so it's 95% fresh everything.
