I wouldn't need to. I have quite a bit of that stuff(wood ) but never miss any sailing or ever do any maintenance in season(by the time November rolls around, I've had enough sailing). It's all what you know and are comfortable with.

But these boats could all hide major projects of which I would have no interest.
