Good dinghy dock at Browns though, that's all they need for sailboats. They may have a new building and perhaps dock work going on this winter.

Also there is a town dinghy dock on the other side of the ferry docks there. Hard to believe a store doesn't work in the "downtown" of North Haven. The mid island grocery store is busy though, but most have to drive to it. Often the rural case.
