The laundry sucks. The Coalhouse Wharf has provided us with some fine dinners. As Tom says, it's a living museum; the main shed could keep naval archaeologists busy for years. And they still build boats, last we were there. And the chandlery actually has useful stuff! Fuel, water, ice. history, atmosphere, attitude - what more do you want? I do know many cruisers who have made touch and go landings, never to return.
