Some might take it, some might not. Might depend on how long ago it was. Some states have "graduated" requirements that kick in for young people before they take effect for older folk like us.

I might still have a couple old USPS certs somewhere (or maybe not!) and Randy instructed for them once. Hell, I even was guest speaker once at a local USPS meeting when they got desperate after their scheduled speaker backed out! Got a nice lunch out of it but I doubt I was particularly inspiring (I hate speaking to groups).

Like I posted earlier, Maine currently does not require anything, so it's up to us seasoned boaters to educate the idiots!
