I didn't know there was a minimum beer requirement

() I walked in stone sober and I still passed it 
I was walking into Canadian Tire and there was a boater exam booth set up outside so I went in and wrote it. The girl was a little surprised how well I did, it sounds like they get a lot of failures.

- WHat happened in Oregon is of course too many folks with zero knowledge of the rules of the road.
