In Response To: That's the plus side of an open listing.. Other brokers can try for a listing too, ethically ()

Isn't an open listing one in which other brokers can bring prospective buyers and don't need permission to list themselves--but the post indicated other brokers wanted an exclusive listing and the "potential buyer" was no one at all.
