I told the new brokerage in Stuart Fl. we were thinking of changing but not at the present time. He keeps calling but I didn't like his personality or approach and have now told him not to call again.

We have an open listing and will be changing to an exclusive with another brokerage next month when we return to the boat and leave Stuart. I will do what he advises.
